This letter is to encourage you to cast your ballot for DR. ROBERT BENTLEY for Governor of Alabama on July 13, 2010 in the Republican run-off race.

We do not generally endorse candidates in political races. However, we feel compelled to do so now during this critical time for all Alabama citizens.

We have known Dr. Robert Bentley for years - some of us for more than two decades. We hold him in the highest regard. He has proven time and again that he is compassionate, honorable and trustworthy. He is a passionate patient advocate which translates into how he will treat the citizens of Alabama. He is not a career politician but cares enough about every person in this state to resign from a highly successful medical career in order to serve all of us as Governor. He is willing to serve without salary until we reach full employment in Alabama.

We are particularly proud of Dr. Robert Bentley for focusing on the issues ... the important issues that affect each one of us ... jobs, education, health care and the economy. Dr. Bentley has served two terms as an Alabama State Representative. He understands these vital issues and has voted on principle after carefully considering the merits of each bill in Montgomery. He has proven that he is not aligned with any special interest group. He believes the key to honesty in government is transparency.

Dr. Robert Bentley is a man of faith. His honesty and integrity are beyond reproach. He will truly represent every citizen of Alabama and work tirelessly to move Alabama forward during these trying times.
